**Q: How long does it take to prepare my order?**

**A:** Our aim is to provide a 24-hour turnaround time unless otherwise noted. We gladly accept custom and larger orders with agreed-upon turnaround times! Please reach out for details.

**Q: How long does shipping take?**

**A:** Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please see our shipping page for more information.

**Q: Can I cancel or change my order?**

**A:** Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.

**Q: Can I pick up my order?**

**A:** Yes! We offer local pickup in the Hagerstown, Maryland area, and porch pickup is coming soon!

**Q: Where do you deliver?**

**A:** We deliver up to 6 miles from 21742 for $2. For deliveries up to 25 miles (Frederick area), the delivery fee is $10.

**Q: Do I need to refrigerate my products?**

**A:** No, none of the items contain any products that would require refrigeration. If you prefer the products cold they can all be refrigerated except for the Frizzell’s Pizzelles because they'll get soft. All baked products should be consumed within 5 days.
